I’ve been so good, that I am now controlling it… and not letting it control me….

So, I’m allowing myself to cheat if there is a special occasion now, muhahahahaha!

I made two of them for two different people (and ate with both of them too lol) and in doing so, I learned a very valuable lesson regarding baked cheesecakes.
MAKE THEM THE DAY BEFORE!!!!!
I didn’t have time to let it properly chill before the birthday dinner, and so it tasted a bit like a sweet omelette to me… ?
The one we ate the next day (pictured below) tasted sooo much better, due only to the fact that it was cold!
So if you are wondering what is in this amazing cake of yumminess, and are too lazy to click on the link (HERE it is again), it has a choc base, banana and white chocolate cheesecake topped with banana, caramel eggs, roasted almonds and drizzled with homemade caramel sauce. (also, watch the caramel sauce!!!! When it finally changes colour, it changes real quick!!!!)
It’s a great recipe, go try it, and I will try more cakes from there in another month or so….when I can cheat again…
